Home Health Care Services in Fort Myers, Florida

Home Care Collective is a nurse-owned home care agency serving families right here in Fort Myers and throughout Lee County, and we do things differently.

Finding The Right Home Caregiver

If your mom or dad lives in Fort Myers and you're trying to manage their care from out of state, we understand how hard that is.

We match your loved one with the right caregiver who fits their personality and needs, so they receive consistent and compassionate care from someone who actually knows them.

Managing Care From Far Away?

You already know how this goes. You call to check in, and something feels off, but you can't quite tell what's wrong from a thousand miles away. Maybe they've been to the hospital again. Maybe a neighbor mentioned they haven't been outside in weeks. Maybe you flew down last month and were shocked by how much they've changed since your last visit.

So you start making calls. You burn through vacation days. You try to coordinate doctors, medications, and daily routines over the phone, and none of it feels like enough.

You don't need more stress.

You need to know that someone capable and trustworthy is there every day, paying attention, and keeping you in the loop.

That's what we do.

Home Care Collective serves Fort Myers and Lee County, and every client meets with our team personally, starting with our owner and founder, Tina LeVan, RN. You'll have access to her personal phone number in case you need to reach her directly.

When something changes with your mom or dad's health, you'll hear about it that same day from someone who already knows their situation and can tell you exactly what's happening.

Why Choose Home Care Collective in Fort Myers

True Caregiver-Client Matching

Most agencies plug names into scheduling software and call it "matching". We use the same software, but we actually apply it.

We know every caregiver on our team: their personality, their strengths, whether they're a little silly or more serious, whether they're comfortable with pets, and even their accent.

Then we sit down with your family and ask one question: if you could describe your ideal caregiver, what would they look like? We match from there.

That's why we get it right 99% of the time. And if we don't, we rematch at no cost.

RN-Owned, Medically Led

Tina LeVan is a registered nurse with over 23 years of medical experience. She started this company because she watched too many agencies put profits before people.

Your mom or dad always has a nurse available, and we don't charge extra for nursing assessments. We attend doctors' appointments at hospitals and medical practices throughout Lee County. We communicate directly with their physicians and send detailed updates.

You'll never wonder what's going on.

Consistent, Familiar Caregivers

If you needed help taking a shower every day, would you want someone different coming in every time? That's a very private thing.

Your mom or dad deserves familiar faces and reliable routines, and that's exactly what they'll get. We don't do rotating doors. And if a caregiver calls off sick, that never becomes your problem.

We will have someone skilled show up and take care of your mom or dad.

Fort Myers Is Home

Our office is in Naples, but our caregivers serve Fort Myers and all of Lee County, and you'll rarely need to visit us. We come to you.

Our caregivers know the gate access procedures at communities like Pelican Landing or the smaller communities within Bonita Springs. They know the seasonal traffic patterns along Summerlin Road and Colonial Boulevard, with the population nearly doubling between November and April. They know which pharmacies are closest to your parents' neighborhood and which urgent care centers are five minutes away versus 30.

That kind of familiarity matters when someone is responsible for your mom or dad's daily life. We serve every corner of Lee County.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

Whatever your situation looks like right now, whether you're in Fort Myers year-round, here for the season, or calling from New York, New Jersey, Chicago, or anywhere else, our team is ready to talk.

No pressure.

Just a real conversation about what's going on and how we can help.

How Personal Home Care Works

Schedule a Call

Call us or fill out our online form to set up the conversation. If you're out of state, we do phone and Zoom consultations, whatever works best for you. You'll speak with a real person who knows the business inside and out, and we'll have an honest conversation about what's going on and your options.

Meet in Person

We come to you, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, whatever's easiest. We'll sit down, talk about what your parent needs, and build a care plan together. A registered nurse does the assessment right there. If the family can't be present, we put them on the phone or on Zoom so everyone's voice can be heard.

Match With a Caregiver

Once we understand your loved one's needs and preferences, we go to work on finding the right fit. Someone whose personality, skills, and temperament match what they actually need. We follow up after the first visit to make sure it's working. We don't assume no news is good news.

Start Care And On-going Support

We'll build a schedule that works for your loved one's life and get your approval before we start. If the situation is urgent, we can move the same day. A little more notice always helps us get the ideal match in place faster, but we won't leave you waiting.

Our Home Care Services in Fort Myers

We build our care around your loved one's life.

We support their routines and their preferences with flexible scheduling that adjusts as things change. Our minimum is a four-hour shift, and there's no set weekly schedule required. Some families start with care as needed: a doctor's appointment here, help with groceries there. Others need around-the-clock support.

We also offer an à la carte menu for specific tasks, like medication reminders or help getting to a doctor's appointment. Whatever they need, we'll meet them where they are.
