About Home Care Collective

Home Care Collective is a private-pay, RN-owned home care agency founded by Tina LeVan, RN, with more than 23 years of clinical healthcare experience. Every client is personally assessed by Tina, and every caregiver is a licensed, bonded, and insured W-2 employee.

We serve families throughout Southwest Florida, including many who live out of state and are coordinating care for aging parents in the Naples and Fort Myers area. We are one of the few agencies in the region that provides care on Sanibel Island and Marco Island.

Licensed by the State of Florida (#299996059). Accredited by ACHC and AHCA.

Our Naples Office

We come to our patients wherever they live in Southwest Florida, whether that's a private residence in Pelican Bay, an assisted living community in North Naples, or a home on Sanibel Island. That's what home care means.

Our office is in North Naples, near Physicians Regional – Pine Ridge, and serves as the base for our caregivers across Lee and Collier Counties. You're welcome to visit us, but most families we work with, particularly those coordinating care from out of state, never need to.
