Tina LeVan, RN
Founder & Owner, Home Care Collective
Tina LeVan, RN, is the founder and owner of Home Care Collective, a private-pay home care agency serving families across Collier and Lee Counties, including Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, and Estero.
Clinical Background
Tina brings more than 23 years of nursing experience to the agency she built. Before starting Home Care Collective, she served as Director of Nursing for a hospice company, where she gained deep experience in end-of-life care and held administrative roles at other Florida home care agencies.
Why Tina Founded Home Care Collective
That clinical and administrative background shaped the agency Tina wanted to run. She saw firsthand what happens when people without a medical background manage home care: caregivers rotated through the same client's home with no continuity, and warning signs a trained nurse would catch went unnoticed. Clients living with memory loss or chronic conditions do best with the same familiar face every time, someone they already know and trust.
Tina started Home Care Collective to build the kind of agency she believed families deserved: led by medical professionals, staffed with experienced caregivers, and built around lasting one-on-one relationships between caregiver and client.
Leading Home Care In Naples and Fort Myers Today
Home Care Collective is ACHC-accredited (#93354) and AHCA-licensed (#299996059). Tina leads the agency's registered nursing team and sets the clinical standards behind every case, from companion care to more complex needs like dementia care, private duty nursing, and post-hospital recovery.
Under her leadership, Home Care Collective continues to raise the standard for personal, compassionate home care across Naples, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas, including islands, one client relationship at a time.
